I was brewing a V60. In the dry smell, I could smell bitter chocolate and a slight alcoholic note.
After brewing, I waited for it to cool down. I could taste sweet cherries and the smell of an alcoholic drink, rum or white wine.
The body is clean, the acidity is low.
