What can I say. Beautifully roasted, this is everything I want from an Ethiopian coffee. Lovely bright acidity and zinging citrus. I wish this was a coffee I could get easily in the uk but sadly Brexit 😡😡 has pit paid to this.
Brewed here 1:16 with a v60 and the excellent T92 cafec filters
