This coffee has a nice acidity, creamy texture and peach and choclate taste. i could pefer little bit lighter roast. This coffee reminds me a Brazilian Cerrado overal good i can drink that again.

Sweet creamy aroma of malted milk balls was quite unique and unexpected; flavor featured notes of milk chocolate and graham cracker with a lemon citrus acidity. Lacked a bit of complexity and depth, but still tasty.

My recipe: Ratio: 30 gr. / 450 ml. Grind: Eureka Drogheria, 4.6 Water: 94°C Filter Paper: Cafec Japan, TH1 Pour: 120 ml. | 00’40” 450. | 03’30” Taste Notes: It is a medium-high-bodied coffee. The ground dry scent has a chocolate flavor. It also carries a fruity red taste profile on the palate. Strawberry flavor profile dominates. The brewed coffee also has a red fruit flavor. As it cools, the chocolate profile appears more.

Hard to explain. Earthy muddy notes.
