I've given this Coffee 3.5 not based on how good it is but because it's not a coffee I'd drink as an everyday brew. It's the first Coffee I've tried from Old Spike. A roaster with a brilliant business model to really transform people's lives. This Chinese Coffee also has a solid pedigree and an interesting taste profile. I think the aroma is more prevalent than the taste. It's not at all sweet and it has a very dry white wine mouth feel which becomes very silky as the Coffee cools. All in all this is a great bean.
