My recipe: 28 clicks on Comandante, 20gr coffee and 332gr water (I prefer Volvic). This coffee has a light tea body but a strong taste (in my opinion). It was a great first morning cup today! Highly recommend to givw this coffee a try :)

This coffee has such a lovely sweetness to it with a very tea like body. Felt like I was drinking some sort of English breakfast or Darjeeling tea 😋

Very acidic but not too punchy! Light roast is what makes it so good

Really liked this Coffee. Brewed twice in quick succession. Once with Kalita Wave 1:16 ratio / 95c water / 55 redclix on the Comandante, then did a cupping Just really enjoyed the smooth chocolate / caramel flavours with a nice light acidity and smooth mouth feel with a nice overall sweetness. I think this was my favourite of the current blind tasting selection 😌 I'm going central or south American washed.

Well I've never had a coffee from Burundi. I was on the wrong continent but right process. Didn't get those citrus notes either. I really picked up a chocolate caramel sweetness. No worries though this was a lovely cup of coffee 🙂

Gahahe gives us very sweet and floral notes in cups. In fragrance it reminds us of orange blossom, once in contact with water the citrus notes of tangerine and raspberry startle. Finally, it leaves us a sweet aftertaste in the mouth that reminds us of milk chocolate
