For us, an exciting aspect of specialty coffee is discovering new taste profiles and countries of origin. With the Agua Sarca we are launching our first coffee from Nicaragua. In recent years, specialty roasters have increasingly focused on coffees from the Central American country. This is mainly due to the passionate work of producers and the work of committed importers. This includes the Finca Agua Sarca, which is one of the pioneers for specialty coffee in Nicaragua. Constant improvements in processes and infrastructure, as well as experiments with varieties and processing techniques have already brought the farm some good placements at the Cup of Excellence in Nicaragua.

The result can be found in the cup - a very clear coffee with a bitter base note and slightly fruity notes that convince as a filter and espresso. Definitely worth discovering!
