Green apple
Aroma: Bright red apple both in beans and brew. Subtle but omnipresent. Dark chocolate and cinnamon. Smoked notes. Bit burned start, quickly vanishing body. May be try to brew on 80° next time to reduce a bit of a harshness.

80° brew brings more apple into aroma and adds just a hint of acidity. Bit more pleasant this way.
