I was so positively surprised having opened this bag. The smell resembles sweet pastry, cinnamon and cardamon. The taste is mild, with cinnamon taste. Definitely one of my favourites one. It is also the first coffee where I have guessed all the taste notes
Aroma: Bright red apple both in beans and brew. Subtle but omnipresent.
Dark chocolate and cinnamon. Smoked notes. Bit burned start, quickly vanishing body.
May be try to brew on 80° next time to reduce a bit of a harshness.
