Aeropress inverted preheated. 15g. 240ml. 94 degrees. No bloom, all in, wait 1:40, break crust with spoon, rotate and start to push on 2:00 for 40-50 seconds. Classic washed Peru profile, but im personally feel that this coffee roasted a little bit too bright for me - some lack of body and high acidity in the foreground (higher temperature gives only higher acidity.). But my brother liked it, so its just preferences.
