Bittersweet chocolate
Very roast flavour (not sure such characteristics exist:)) Has some chocolate, nutty flavour notes.

@nastia-debowska there are some taste profiling courses or sets. I gotta do this myself as well. Tried one (remote) - didn't work quite as expected
