Another farm we've had the pleasure of visiting, this time by Elle in May 2019. This natural processed coffee is sun dried as a whole cherry until the desired moisture level is reached to give the coffee its distinctive sweetness and weighty mouthfeel. A superb all-round coffee excellent in any situation.
