Brewed on the v60 with my base recipe. 15:250, 50g bloom, 2 100g pours after. 96c 3.0 on the KINU. TBT was about 3.30min
Juicy in the mouth with citrus fruit impressions for me and an almost apple like tartness too. Has a clean flavour so I’m thinking this is washed.
