Brewed on the v60 with my base recipe. 15:250, 50g bloom, 2 100g pours after. 96c 3.0 on the KINU. TBT was about 3.30min Juicy in the mouth with citrus fruit impressions for me and an almost apple like tartness too. Has a clean flavour so I’m thinking this is washed.

I found this coffee to have very low acidity, which isn't to my personal liking, but I know it would be someone else bag for sure! I could see this making a lush espresso, a nice yummy flattie!

Raspberry
Dark chocolate
Strawberry
Really lovely beans - Wonderful Raspberry notes from the beans on opening the bag and more sweet berry's when ground. Brewed first cup with Kalita at 1:15 and loved it so much immediately brewed the rest with the clever dripper. Both cups were well balanced with a nice acidity that faded to a tea like finish. The cups were sweet with notes of strawberries, raspberries with a hint of dark chocolate. The mouth feel was smooth and the aftertaste was mellow. I did note that the beans of whatever variatal this coffee was were very small. I'm probably totally wrong in my blind taste guess on location but I'm going for a central or south American Natural Coffee.
