WHA?
Bang Bang is a medium roast blend of 100% Arabica fine coffees ethically sourced from South America and Indonesia. Each origin is roasted individually and blended after, allowing us to fully develop their potential. After analysing each roast profile and developing the blend we feel that this fabulous coffee performs superbly as an espresso and also marries beautifully with milk.

Chocolate and hazelnut flavours combine seamlessly with notes of blackberry producing a well balanced espresso with enough body and depth for the taste to shine through milk.  All in all, this blend has a smooth silky flavour providing an all rounded coffee experience.

Two Spots Coffee

Our Decaf is a single origin Swiss Water Decaffeinated coffee produced using a 100% chemical free process. Pure spring water along with a carbon filtering system gently removes the caffeine until the beans are 99.9% caffeine free, whilst maintaining their distinctive flavour and characteristics.

Decaf

A three origin blend medium roast using 100% Arabica beans ethically sourced from South America and Ethiopia. Each origin is roasted individually and blended after, allowing us to fully develop their flavour. With bright, fruity, lemon tones enhanced by an underlying smidgen of fennel this has medium body with a sweet fruity after taste.

Perfect through an espresso machine where the sweetness can be savoured. For home brewers it’s ideal through an aero press or сafetière. Perfect for those with a sweet tooth.

Skin The Goat

A five origin rich roast blend using Arabica beans ethically sourced from South America with an Indian Cherry Robusta addition for an extra caffeine kick. Each origin is roasted individually and blended after, allowing us to fully develop their potential.

This coffee provides a full bodied rich creamy mouthful for those looking for a stronger coffee experience and is sure to warm you up in the morning (more than Johnny’s Forty Coats!)

This coffee comes from the region of Los Santos Frailes and is grown on the farm Finca Frailes produced by Gerardo Calvo, Zaira Marin & William Mendez. The farm was first planted more than 30 years ago. These lifelong farmers of second and third generation have produced an excellent coffee within one of Costa Rica’s finest regions for growing coffees.

This coffee is processed at the Palmichal Micro Mill which is owned and operated by CECA, a company of the Neumann Kaffee Group. It is located in the Costa Rican Tarrazu Valley region. They focus on bringing out the best characteristics by specifying which is the most ideal process for each different surrounding farmers.

In this case the Frailes is honey processed. A process different from natural or washed, whereby some of the mucilage of the coffee cherry remains on the bean while drying resulting in a unique different flavour from the other processes. In most cases a sweeter more chocolate flavour is given sometimes similar to that of honey, hence the name Honey process. This beautifully smooth and flavoursome coffee is produced by the Sol & Cafe Cooperative which represents small coffee growers in northern Peru. The main objective of this coop is to contribute to the development of its members, families and community. The cooperative currently has 1054 members of which 10% are women. 

This is a feel good coffee, not only because of the taste but because this coffee does good for people in Peru.

Cauca Region | Two Spots Coffee | Single Origin Coffee for saleThe Cauca region used to be a place of armed conflict but in recent years, since the establishment of CENCOIC the region has seen tremendous growth as well as becoming a more peaceful place to farm. NAPUY joined CENCOIC in 2012. 

When NAPUY joined CENCOIC it had only 39 families that were producing coffee, now it boasts 129 families. The CENCOIC has been exporting high quality coffee since it was established and each reserve produces coffee with its own unique flavour. Due to the large amount of sugar production in the Valle de Cauca region and Cauca region the coffee that grows there exhibits a similar sort of sweetness. The sugar that they grow there is called 'panela' and its distinct flavour can be observed through the coffee. Plantain, pineapple, lemon and oranges are all grown throughout the region in amongst the coffee trees. 

Throughout all the reserves the coffee is de-pulped, fermented and dried at the farm itself, the farmers then bring the coffee to a local warehouse that weighs and records the coffee. It is then shipped to a warehouse in Popayan where it will be dry milled, cupped and prepared for export.

Munchques Los Tigres

Location: South Central Ethiopia

Production: 35,600 tonnes total

A delicate coffee that is bright and light. It is grown by a co-operative in South Central Ethiopia that produces 35,600 tonnes of coffee every year. Its quality is grade 2 and it is roasted to City+ to allow the fruit flavours and brightness to shine through. 

Sidamo

Location: Central & Kandara District
Farm: Amakui Co-operation
Environment: Deep red volcanic soil with temperatures of 17-26 degrees
Variety: SL28, SL34, some Ruiru 11 & Batian
Process: Washed and sun dried

This amazing coffee from central Kenya comes from the AMAKUI Farmer's Co-operative located in Kandara of Murang’a County. The Co-op has 5 wet mills namely Muruka main, Naaro, Rianguru, Nguthuru and Riakibunga wetmills.

The process involves the farmers selectively hand picking red ripe cherries which are delivered for wet milling the same day. Cherry sorting is carried out at the wet mill prior to pulping. The red ripe cherries are separated from the underipes, overipes and foreign matter.

Processing utilizes clean river water (wet processing) that is re-circulated before disposal into seepage pits. The parchment is then fermented, washed and sun dried.

With this high quality Kenyan the most notable flavour is a mandarin citrus flavour. This is followed by hints of sweet caramel and honey which allows for the refreshing acidity of the fruit flavours to linger on the palate for a wonderful aftertaste. We our sure that this Kenyan will be drank to the last drop while trying to identify all of these beautiful flavours it brings. Enjoy :)
