Black currant leaves dominate in a flavor, with some citrus aftertaste, remind me Indonesian coffee. Snap is clear and crispy, bittersweet with a light acidity. Not a bright coffee, but still tasty. Personally I prefer more significant acidity.
Grind size: Chestnut C2, 17 clicks
Water temperature: 93°C
Ratio: 15 gr. : 250 ml
Pour 40/65/70/70 ml each 30-35 seconds.
Brew time: 02:50
Regular recipe for Panama beans gave an acceptable result, don't know where to go with recipe because don't know what do I want to highlight in this coffee flavor.
