Named after the highest picturesque mountain in the Chuave region of Simbu Province, Elimbari represents the finest and most successful smallholder coffee ever to be produced from Papua New Guinea. This superior quality coffee was developed over several years in consultation with reputable international coffee experts and has been successfully marketed overseas as a top-class specialty coffee. 

The unique and special quality of this coffee has been achieved through trader’s close involvements with farmers in the production of this coffee at all stages – from cherry picking to pulping, fermenting, washing, drying, storing, and milling. We then carry this through to our own storing, roasting and packaging.

The result is flavours of dried apricots and prunes with a medium to full body. Our favourite way to brew this coffee is by using V60 or Aeropress, however, due to its versatility, it also works well as a single origin espresso.

We realise that we came together in this company because we share the same philosophy on life. That to truly experience life is to make every day count. Not always with something big but learning to appreciate the little things just as much as the grand adventures.

This has inspired our entire coffee range from the Sunset Espresso through to The Road Trip and Escape. Each coffee represents a little bit of each of us and our lifestyle. We all came to realise that life is simply too short, that things change and you never know what is around the corner.
