One of our long-term favourites and classic Square Mile coffees, it is time to welcome back Santa Rosa 1900 from Costa Rica. Marking the seventh year of showcasing the work and expertise of brothers Luis Alberto Monge Ureñas and Oscar Adolfo, this year's Santa Rosa 1900 white honey processed lot is a pure delight! Hitting all the speciality high notes, we find it well rounded with a full mouthfeel, lifted by a clean and gentle apple acidity neatly wrapped up by nougat almond sweetness. Yup, a brew for the morning, noon and everything in between, Santa Rosa 1900 is a bit like a favourite book. You know the story by heart. However, you never tire of the words.
