This coffee was the stunning Xmas Blend of 2020, which received great feedback from you lovely folks. For now, nameless, or the ‘Winter Blend’, is a combination of our exquisite Organic Guatemalan coffee (80%) with our mainstay Brazilian Santos coffee (20%) on a medium-dark profile. With notes of Dark Chocolate, Cherry, Honey and Nectarine, this blend has to be tried, as it is quite different to the normal blends you’ll find out there.

We have sourced our Organic Coffee from the Bremen farm in Northern Guatemala, and the coffee is grown at an average height of 1,100 meters, where Bourbon, Typica, Catuai, Maragoypeand Caturra varietes are abundant.

This farm is located in Purulha, Baja Verapaz, a mostly hilly area, boulders, siguanesand limestone uplands of the North of the country. Blended with our lovely Brazilian coffee, on a medium dark roast profile, this coffee is perfect for that morning filter or mid-afternoon espresso.
