A classic brazilian flavour profile, with rich chocolate, macadamia nuts and a smooth caramel like finish. 

Brothers Márcio Custódio and Izonel Junior worked as coffee pickers as children before dedicating themselves to their studies, graduating, becoming professors and creating their own Center of Technology School called CETEC to provide education for young people from unwealthy households. After 10 years and training 5000+ students they returned to their childhood dream and bought a small farm to start growing speciality coffee. Unfortunately Izonel passed away shortly after the purchase but Marcio farms the land with Izonel’s son, and they have since named it Cetec in honour of his brother.
