Grind: Eureka Drogheria, 4.5 Filter Paper: Cafec Japan, TH1 Water: 94°C Pour: 120 ml. | 00’00”-00’40” 450 ml. | 00.40”-02’20” End: 03’30” Taste Notes: A tomato-like scent was dominant in the ground dry scent. Like a juicy summer tomato... The brewed coffee has a flower in the foreground. Bitterness like jasmine, characteristic. A medium-bodied, comfortable coffee.
