La Estrella del Ostro is a Colombian specialty coffee grown by various small-scale coffee growers from Belen. Belen is a small town located in the southern region of La Plata, Huila. These small-scale producers share the same microclimates.

‘La Estrella del Ostro’ gets its name from the Star of the Southern Wind, which shines just above the mountain range where this coffee is grown. On a clear night, this bright star points towards the top of the mountain in La Plata. This coffee is juicy with a mix of caramel and fruity flavours. lt has sweet notes of lemongrass with a kiwi-like acidity, with a gingery finish.
