Since our origin trip in 2019, we have been working closely with this wonderful 5th generation family farm to bring you this very interesting and exciting honey process coffee.

In southern India, in the Coorg region, Komal & Akshay Dashrath have produced this honey process with tasting notes of toasted nuts, orange and caramelised sugar.

This is a continued effort to prioritise lasting relationships with farmers and cooperatives, and gives us the opportunity to support ethical trading and sustainable growth.
