Dead Poets Society Blend is a sweet and thought-provoking medium roast, carefully crafted from a blend of Guatemala Les Nubes and Rwanda Ngoma coffees. The flavour profile is reminiscent of lightly toasted marshmallow combined with sweet, subtle florals and fleeting hints of caramel. If you take a sip and pause for long enough you may even catch a moment of inspiration.

To celebrate the opening of our first store in Glasgow we created this new blend. The Vault is a complex blend that enhances unique characteristics. Never bitter, perfect for all your milk coffees and those who like their espresso with a kick.

The Vault Blend 80/20

Flores boasts breathtaking scenery, spectacular volcanoes, hot springs, clear blue seas and pristine beaches, with black, white or even pink sand.

Coffee farmers from Flores use exclusively organic compost to fertilise their coffee trees. After being handpicked, the ripe cherries are immediately processed according to the traditional wet-hulled method: after pulping, the beans are washed and fermented for a few hours before being sun-dried to 35% moisture, hulled and laid again on drying patios until they reach a 11-13% moisture rate.

Chocolate, caramel and subtle notes of Anise in the fragrance & aroma
Grapefruit, chocolate in the cup, and spicy notes of cardamon in the long lasting aftertaste, full body, pleasant citric acidity.

Indonesia Flores Kasa’o

This is our decaf selected for the Vault in Glasgow. It comes for Kahawa farm. This farm is a woman-owned Burundi company that grows, processes, and exports coffee as a means to combat poverty and uplift Burundian coffee growers. In the cup is a clean, balanced and sweet coffee, that you'll have a hard time recognising as decaf.
