Flores boasts breathtaking scenery, spectacular volcanoes, hot springs, clear blue seas and pristine beaches, with black, white or even pink sand.

Coffee farmers from Flores use exclusively organic compost to fertilise their coffee trees. After being handpicked, the ripe cherries are immediately processed according to the traditional wet-hulled method: after pulping, the beans are washed and fermented for a few hours before being sun-dried to 35% moisture, hulled and laid again on drying patios until they reach a 11-13% moisture rate.
