This coffee exhibits a classic Brazilian blend profile, in my opinion. It leans a bit too heavily on the smoky notes for my personal preference. While it could make for a satisfying latte, I wouldn't recommend it for a flat white.

Very good coffee, full of strong flavour. It's not bitter, not sweet, I would say it's strong as a mountain.
