Brewing this gem revealed a bouquet of floral notes that beautifully paired with a distinct apple undertone. Its robust acidity danced on the palate and was surprisingly forgiving when playing around with the coffee-to-water ratio. A delightful cup that I wholeheartedly endorse for any coffee aficionado.
