A really lovely coffee!
Impressed by the qualities of the acidity, and the 3 dimensional taste: wild strawberry jam, really ripe and kinda caramelised strawberries, pineapple, caramelised again, bourbon, milk chocolate.
How it changed with time passing : black raisins, tamarind, rum, cherry, malt.
