Region: Colombia El Tambo Caula and Brazil Minas Gerais
Variety: Castillo, Caturra, Yellow Bourbon
Cup: Caramelised sugar, rich cocoa and chocolate, cinnamon with big fruit acidity and a smooth mouth feel.

Our Christmas coffee this year is a Colombian and Brazilian blend. These coffees are Rainforest Alliance and Lady Co-op.  The Women’s mission as an association is to improve their families quality of life through coffee farming and to contribute positively to their community by working together and sharing resource, knowledge and support.

Christmas Coffee

Our Decaf is Brazilian Swiss Water, specifically decaffeinated with no chemicals. This is a well know method which allows the caffeine to be removed while the coffee is still in its green state. Retaining its flavour we roast this coffee medium to dark which produces a nice crema with a chocolate caramel finish.

Region: Gahombo Kayanza, Brundi
Cup: Very Fruity, Caramel, Apple, Grape, Chocolate, Floral Soft and Sweet with Tart Acidity with a Heavy Creamy Mouth Feel

We currently have a micro lot coffee from Burundi Gahombo Kayanza. Grown at 1660 masl extremely limited due to small farm sizes from this region, so when it’s gone it’s gone.
