A unique 720 hour (30 day) fermentation processed Gesha from El Paraiso in Colombia. We're one of two roasters in the world to have this coffee (with the other in the Philippines that was to be used in competition).

To say it's unique would be an understatement. A very complex and intense coffee, it took us several weeks to profile. We find the profile to evolve over several days, so be prepared for an unusual coffee experience. It's a coffee that will get you thinking about processing and the full range of its possibilities.
