So excited to try a Coffee from Friedhats - This Peruvian really didn't disappoint. If you like a delicate Coffee this roast is a joy. I've brewed in the Origami / Kalita / Clever Dripper and all were spot on. The Coffee has a delicate acidity and a wonderful natural sweetness along with floral and red berry notes. The combination of varietels really creates something special.
