Probably the cutest natural we've ever had!

A group of 33 small farmers (2.5 ha farm size) from the village of Bookkisa in the Guji Zone grow this coffee under shady trees. The farmers were drawn to the agronomy and post-harvest practice of Ture Waji aka. "The King of Guji" trained.

Worka Chelbesa is located in the Gedeo Zone of the Gedeb District and is one of the best coffee growing areas in the famous Woreda region in Yirgacheffe. Coffee cherries from 476 smallholders are processed in the mill built in 2019 in the village of Chelbesa. The particularly fertile soil results in an extremely complex and fruity cup.

Cup profile:
Round, creamy cup with the sweetness of honeydew melon and litchi and aromas of apricot, black tea and bergamot.
