Our staple Colombian coffee hails from Planadas, Tolima, where 25 organic certified members of the AGPROCEM association have created this coffee.

Emerging from the shadow of many years of armed conflict, this area of Planadas is home to comparatively traditional coffee production and agroforestry systems. Cedro Alto has helped implement and incentivize this small group to carry out extended in-cherry and aerobic fermentation in order to create an intense winey, fruity profile.

Crosby Coffee was established in 2014 when a hobby turned into a passion. We are independently owned by two school friends who constantly push us for improvement.

We are dedicated to sourcing, roasting and serving highest quality coffees. Building relationships with sustainable coffee farmers we are given access to their prime lots of each crop. We are striving to be role models within the industry for others to follow.
