Anaerobically fermented, dry-processed Yellow Catuai variant from Michel Cristiano da Silva's plantation called Sítio Cachoeira, Mantiqueira region, Brazil, near the town of Sertãozinho. Michel’s coffee is surprisingly complex, and its fruity, sweet, nougat aftertaste lasts a long time.
