Brewed this 1:1:1 with orphan espresso portable cone - Cafec filters - 50 redclix on the Comandante - 300grms water approx 95 c 20grms Coffee
Nice balanced acidity with some general berry and fruit notes though nothing to wow so far. Nice pleasant brew 😄
