Medium Roast

Country: Brazil/Ethiopia/Sumatra
Tasting notes:  Nutmeg, marjoram, caramelised hazelnut, red cherry, lime and tangerine

A true all-rounder, medium roast, our blend with its flavoursome layers provided by the beans of three continents. The organic Sumatran Catimor and Typica coffee beans with their herbal, spicy and sweet tones of nutmeg and marjoram on base. Complemented with Mundo and Acaia beans from Brazil. Add the Heirloom beans from Ethiopia creating a scented balm of roasted hazelnut and sweet milk chocolate with high notes of lime, tangerine & ripe fruits.
