This coffee has his own character. A very classic Ethiopian fruitiness but also amazing creamy and rounded in.
In the cup: Toffee, Peach, Earl Grey. Also some very unique notes of Dulce De Leche. Great pleasant citric finish that reminds me of Lemon Ice Cream.
