This offers a bold and invigorating flavour with strong chocolate notes that were especially enjoyable when brewed using the Aeropress method. However, I must admit that I couldn't detect any fruit notes, which I found slightly disappointing. Although the overall flavour was rich and satisfying, the aroma left something to be desired, as it lacked the desirable depth and complexity that I look for in premium coffee beans. Nonetheless, the woody undertones added a welcome dimension to the flavour profile, and the beans had a pleasantly strong and lingering finish. All in all, while not quite perfect, these beans would be a solid choice for anyone seeking a full-bodied and satisfying cup of coffee.
