I was thrilled to try out this new roaster and region, and I must say, I was not disappointed. The beans were expertly roasted and delivered a well-balanced flavour profile that was nothing short of delightful. The subtle fruity notes were a pleasant surprise, adding a hint of complexity to the overall taste. The brewing process was effortless, with the v60 and default recipe producing a smooth and satisfying cup of coffee that easily ranks among my top 5. What stood out to me the most was the exquisite mango notes that lingered on the palate, elevating the taste experience to a whole new level. I highly recommend this coffee to anyone looking for a unique and delightful coffee experience.
