Chocolate aroma with notes of baked apple. Medium strong.
Acidic, light, medium body. Easy coffee. Can’t feel any distinct character though. Might need to grind slightly finer to bring out more.

Don’t know what to think of this country mix. Is this a coming thing to see in specialities?
