Full of citrus and pineapple acidic. There might be a potential to it, will have to give a bit fine grind a try next time.

Nope. Went coarser and tried brew on 95 degree then going back to 85 for the rest of the cup - doesn’t help reduce the sourness. Final frenchpress attempt and I’m done with it

@xenjke is this due to coffee or the new grinder?

@andrea-cerama the coffee itself feels acidic and sour. A tat too much for my taste. Bit can be brewed really hot and that mitigates.
