Became a big coffee drinker when I moved to Denver a decade ago. I think we have some of the best roasters around! My favorite flavor profiles are light roasts with a lot of juicy fruitiness, but I love any interesting notes. When my taste buds get a bit overworked, I can always depend on a medium roast columbian to get me back to a baseline. I'm a data nerd by trade, and thus, analyzing coffee is right in my happy place
