This is a really special coffee, rare, very low grown (150masl) and by 4 women.
It's got some lovely fruity notes, a wonderful creamy aroma and a gentle acidity.
I've brewed if with the Orea, V60 and clever dripper and none have disappointed.
Well worth a try if you can get hold of some.

Wow, 150m is very low, didn't think coffee would grow at this height

Me too - Apparently due to the volcanic soil / location they've produced speciality coffee. Very few growers so it's really amazing to try this lot from Caravan 👍
