Recipe: 12g with 211ml, 2:55 brew time, Origami S Last 12g of the bag. Not an ideal brew, grind was pretty fine, coffee used to be a bit more fruit-forward before. My ratings relate to the brewed coffee, thus including the effect my brew has on the beans.
