I am early in my home espresso journey - this is only the 8th bean I have tried to date - but it delivers *far and away* the best shots I have experienced so far.
A lovely fruity tang and a bonus milk-chocolate phase too - it makes me think of Quality Street at Xmas.
My recipe is a straightforward 1:2 (18g->between 36g and 40g out) at 95 celsius and using filtered tap water (hard water area).
