A darker roast gives this coffee a strong aroma that is reminiscent of roasted nuts. The Brazilian part brings a balanced body and a lot of sweetness. Due to the Indian part, this coffee forms a rich crema and has wonderful chocolaty notes.

80% Brazil | 20% India

The Brazilian coffee comes from the Fazenda  Matão, in the north of the state of Sao Paulo. Farm owner Marco Antonio Guardabaxo grows the varieties Acaia, Mundo Noo & Catuai here in the Mococas hills between 850 and 1100m. After the harvest, our coffee is processed naturally. That means the coffee cherries dry in the sun and the beans get a wonderful sweetness and a pronounced body.

As a Canephora variety, Indian coffee brings that classic flair to espresso. This coffee is prepared washed and is therefore very fine in taste without losing the strong, classic notes for a Robusta.
