This coffee from the São Paulo region of Brazil, is a 50:50 blend of naturally processed and honey processed coffee cherries grown by two women producers Maria Helena Dumont and Selma Veira. Their experimental fermentation blend is part of the Capricornio Coffees’ Dulce Signature series. The Capricornio Coffees producer partners are members of the Four Seasons Project with aims towards building long-term relations, transferring more money to producers, and building regenerative and sustainable coffee practices to protect local ecosystems.
