This is a super interesting, super delicious blend of Gesha variety and Java variety! The 100% Gesha lot from this farm won the 2020 Huila Mágico competition, which was our first ever Gesha offering. Huila is one of our favorite growing regions in Colombia, so, needless to say, the winner of this competition was a real stunner. We were pleasantly shocked when we tasted this Gesha/Java blend - it tastes almost exactly the same as the winning 100% Gesha lot (which then made complete sense when we found out it is 80% Gesha, 20% Java). This coffee simply explodes with rich, syrupy, strawberry jam, and the characteristic "Gesha florals" play a beautiful accompanying note. Our cupping notes also include grape, guava, passion fruit, and honeysuckle. Even when scorching hot, this coffee is incredible: sweet, clean, and juicy. This coffee is VERY limited in availability.
