The Donkey Sanctuary is a wonderful coffee with a beautiful, light floral taste and lemony sweet undertones.

It hails from Ethiopia - the birthplace of coffee and is sourced from the YCFCU (Yirgacheffe Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union) in the Yirgacheffe region.

This particular coffee features mixed Heirloom varietals that are chosen from the forest and transplanted to small gardens to add a level of selection to an already incredibly complex coffee plant.
