We’re delighted to welcome our first coffee from Nicaragua! We had this on espresso in store as a trial run, and it went down so well with both our staff and our customers. Hailing from the Matagalpa region of Nicaragua, the coffee has a sweet and floral aroma with both citrus and smooth milk chocolate notes.

The Roast – This bean is a light roast. We found that the coffees sweetness and acidity shines through in the cup at this profile.

Region – The coffee comes from the Matagalpa region of Nicaragua.

Picking Process – The farmers use the selective harvesting method to pick the beans. This is where they choose only the ripest cherries to be sent for processing. It takes time and man power to do, but good things come to those who wait!
