From Jimma in Western Ethiopia to The Old Barracks Coffee Roastery in Ireland. One of our favourite coffees ever, Biftu Gudina is making a comeback this year. This coffee stole our hearts back in 2018 when we roasted, cupped, and served it on the bar. This is the bean that The Old Barracks Team wanted most to see back on the menu.

Thanks to the roastery-café set-up, you will be able to experience the roasting process while having a flat white or filter coffee. Enjoy a sit-in with fellow coffee fans while travelling through some of the best coffee farms in Colombia, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Ethiopia, Rwanda and Burundi one cup at a time. As a cafe owner, you can even arrange a meeting to roast your own coffee under the supervision of The Old Barracks Roastery‘s team. All the experts are on hand to talk all things coffee with you, from sourcing, storing, roasting, cupping, brewing methods and latte art pours.
